N power boiler "don't" care plan

:mad: Avoid N power boiler repair plans if you live in East Anglia, service from the sub-contractor is so poor. They take ages to diagnose faults, source parts and turn up to install them. Communication is very poor, I have to chase them to find out what is going on !
