I create a new account with another email and rinse and repeat. I have a browser open on explorer which DW puts what she wants in the bag and then use firefox to open accounts and purchase whatever has been requested.

if on the same account you have to wait for despatch email.
but we don't want to do that
so use another account with different email (yopmail). I use other family names like the dogs/goldfish ect.
I use the same card and address.
