I have the same problem with my receipts. I contacted them to ask as you just cannot see any writing on the receipt.

Thanks, glad it is not just me! Maybe then the picture 'focuses' properly when they receive it their end? Fingers crossed it does for both of us...can't see what we could be doing wrong otherwise.

Did a burger shop at Sains this morning using 5 Rustlers mocs and got a £10 BM as expected. I went back this afternoon to a different sa and was told they don't accept the mocs. I told them I had used them before so she called a supervisor who showed me a printout saying they weren't accepting them anymore (printouts were at all tills). I gave the burgers back and kept the BM for next time. Is there someone I can contact to ask why they were refused, or should I just leave it? TIA

Have kept all bar 2 of the wrappers (neighbour swiped 2 packets and wrote the codes down) so will have most of them to hand if needed
