Help please, has anyone done a clubcard order for boost tokens for restaurants lately. I have not done it since they have emailed the vouchers instead of sending them out as reward tokens for £10 each.

I just did big order for cafe rouge thinking I would be able to use over 2 visits like I have before when they used to send them but this small print is concerning me.

"Unused, expired and redeemed token codes cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned. This does not affect your statutory rights."

Will I have to use all my codes at one time from the email, I assumed it would be seperate vouchers to print out like you used to be sent.

Just changed over £32.50 for £130 worth, no way would we use them in one sitting.
It has been emailed as 6 x £20 codes and 1 x £10 all on same sheet.
When you use some of the codes you will be sent an email with the remaining codes.

Ok managed to get out for shop - only 3 BNI cheese pizza's boo.

Something strange happening with wine 3 for 2 so keep eyes peeled....
Wine shop - only 1 bottle of finest chianti and not the 6 I'd hoped for. Nil deperandum I thought - remembered 3 for 2 on any wine in 3 for 2 offer. So carefully brought 9 wines in 3 for 2 (expecting 3 to be free) and one half price wine. Go through checkout - 25% comes off and 3 for 2. Then put pizza and curry shops through. Thought it was higher than I expected so rechecked when getting to car before 15m drive home - to find only 2 bottles had been refunded not 3. Bizarrely second bottle refund was for £8.99 when most purchases were for 7.99 or 6.99. Heart sank - back to customer services. No one seemed able to explain it - after first 4 bottles went through it subtotalled multi buy saving (3 in 3 for 2 and one half price) but next 6 bottles went through -(5 x £7.99 and 1 x 6.99) and it subtotalled 8.99 342 refund (?). Then applied 25%.

SA had to call manager over - Manager decided to refund £6 on white wine (allowing for 25% off already received - pooh he spotted it). But then innocently asked re DD - so £12 back :j- I also got £1.72 pp I wasn't expecting (as got totally different ones from the ones I wanted due to stock levels). But just check you got the right number refund .......hths

Just bought a load of the zinfandel with the £17 off code, but ddn't buy anything else, if I had loaded with fillers, at £1.72 per bottle back it'd be damn near free!

I have seen the same message on their FB page. I still have 10,12 & 13 items on my app depending on supermarket. I don't see how they can say people are unfairly taking advantage. Surely if they kept putting the same items back on the lists and people bought them several times then that's their own fault!

Looks like the wheels are coming off! I have only done 4 shops with cashback as I was wary after one 'got lost' and I didn't get paid for it, but when I asked about whether you could buy the item again I was told yes as long it was a separate shop and with your limit. Goal posts moving again, shame on them.

30 minutes 42 seconds :D BUT we've had a breakthrough :j:j:j He has finally admitted defeat and decided that he will work on his base time plus 2 seconds for each car that fails to stop at the crossing. An average of 3 each time according to him.........so we finally have our starting time :D He wants 2 goes at it tomorrow and 2 on Sunday :) before that big day on Monday.

Apologies to the 3 drivers on this occasion who had 'you're supposed to stop at a crossing poo head' shouted at them :o:o:o.........but he does have a point :) I'll have to work on that :o

Oh and he informs me that his new rain jacket is fit for purpose :)
