They replied they must have been lost in the post and offered to send them again or give me a refund. I took the refund so 2 pamper sets and a hand wash cost me just £2.99 - sweet

So the code we got sent has now gone to waste unless anyone knows how to retrieve deleted items from Outlook 2010.

Tinyshoes if you click on 'deleted' on the left hand side of your email page, go right down to the bottom of the page and there is an option for 'recover deleted message' if you click on that it may be in there
