Chatting to the sa in T this morning (nice young man a bit naive though) He said they have all had memo's saying what mocs they can accept, he had to go and check two of mine, the loreal cosmetic and the walls sausage. He just left me standing at the till and wandered off in search of a supervisor, there is loads of supervisors in our store, unless it was a manager he had to check with, now they are all MIA in our store
Anyhow he came back and scanned them, I said I understand that it is his job, he just said he's not bothered, so why leave me at the till with my frozen food melting teenagers:)
My PP's would not scan, so my young man asked the next sa , if can put it through as a no sale and that it was more than the £5 limit , she told him to use the numbers on the receipt, looks like there is a £5 no sale limit in my store. They are really cracking down on mocs at the moment . Then my sa suddenly pipe up oh I know you, you get £10.00 PP’s every time you shop, remember when you got 3 x £10 on three shops at the top of his voice, everyone turned round and looked at me,:o:o:o I thought Oh no its going to be another £10 today but it wasn’t it was only 8.46, t at it again not matching properly , my sa said oh dear not quite £10 today better luck next time. Time to find a new sa I think :rotfl::rotfl:
