Gosh Morgy, you've had a lot to contend with. Hope things are on the up for you.Hello peeps - back from my hols and just dragged myself away from the washing pile for a lunch break and to catch up on here - or rather not catch up (been awol since 19th).
Well 5;2ers have only put on 2lb despite no fast days for 2 weeks so I am please with that - found it impossible to finish a meal (in Dalyan Turkey) so never made it to pudding. Ordered faitias one night and it came with chips, rice and mashed potato - omg. So belly deffo shrinking...:D
DS started secondary school yesterday (plane, drive home, bath, bed, breakfast, new school -= no time to panic
). He had a great day - hoping that all fellow msers' kids due to move schools had a good start.
Anyhow love and hugs to all and belated Happy Birthdays for those I've missed ....................Loving reading all these posts.
I wonder how wine and TCOs fit into a fast day on the 5:2.
I'm sure someone knows the numbers
guess who found a bunch more of TCO's
Shall i save you some?
Thanks Logie (bear:D). Done. I'm going to make a cake for tigercubs birthday, we are doing a little birthday tea on sat for her. DS said he wants to make her a pink cake :TFor the fellow bakers, on the Renshaw baking FB page there is a survey you can fill in and they will send you a free pack of marzipan.
The post was originally made on 2nd September so just need to scroll down the page a little.

Hmm need some professional help from Dtd pros lol
Is it best to buy 5 bottles of wine, getting Dtd making it free. (Half price SEL)
Or look like a normal customer and buy over 6 getting 25% off. However depending on the SA at CSD they might factor in the 25% off... So it won't be free
What to do? :think:0 -

Hey guess what CoT, I nearly got till bingo earlier. 2 pence to pay on a £24.15 shop. Could have kicked myself for not getting it down to a big fat zero:rotfl:.Tiger
