I got some TCO's this morning. Did one plus newspaper to test and then went back to get a 'few' more. Store was absolutely crawling with dozens of 'men in suits' and student types in uniform - apparently they were doing a full audit and were checking ALL the prices throughout the store ! I was really lucky cos I got my oranges scanned and paid for before they got to that section. 5 minutes later I went back in to do my proper shopping and happened to walk down the Seaonal aisle again - the remaining white oranges had all been removed. I think it was the audit staff as there were hardly any other customers instore. I don't hold out much hope of any glitches in that store for a while.ELITE 5:2

Are you running the most up to date version?
I'd play safe and re-install then log in again before contacting them
i have now uninstalled the app and re installed it, everything still missing from my account, i have contacted them but dont hold out much hope in getting a response.
I have been doing shopitize for a while now and had over £20 in my account to withdraw plus another £5.xx pending.
I am getting really frustrated with these so called money back schemes now, not had a single penny from Msl either and started that one when the android app came out. It`s nice to be important, but its more important to be nice.
