Cherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

No matter how you feel, get up, dress up & never give up.

Can I ask a favour of some of you. It's another voting thing, but you don't have to sign into or up for anything, it just registers your vote. It's for a charity ran by a friend of mine and they are hoping to 'win' one of 160 x £500 grants.

Please read about them here, if you vote, it's just a button at the bottom of the page, I know it would be much appreciated, thanks.

Also, as I won't be on line much today, I would really appreciate anyone bumping this later, so please feel free to do so.

    Thanks. :T

I had emailed them yesterday to ask how long it normally takes.

They mailed me back today saying 7 to 10 days. So maybe she pressed a button to send it at same time I dont know ?

My last post - now deleted, already posted (by Flo) - my calculation incorrect though and not giving Aau1 the satisfaction of a red cross:).

Dear, if I had a big red cross on all those mistakes, or even talked to people that made them, I'd never have lasted a day:D.

I may decide to rename myself as Aau2 now (Arrogant Autistic User) to try to confuse people (and I suspect it would work and confuse many people) as opposed to Aau1 (Awesome Annoying User).

PS: I have Asperger syndrome, a form of autism. (Or, maybe, more correctly now: I was diagnosed with Asperger syndrome, although that has since been deleted from the diagnostic manual and therefore I now have "Autism without Intellectual Disability".)

Alrighty, back to the shopping receipts...:D:rotfl::)

Thanks, That is what i have done its manual, when it did start it sounded like it was over reving to start with and i was praying it wouldnt cut out at the roundabout :rotfl::rotfl:
But then after work i went and had hair cut, filled up with fuel, went to farm foods and then the hossy no probs what so ever its so intermittent:mad:

Wasn't quite clear when you said how you were parked, was the engine uphill or down? Sounds weird but my OH had a similar problem, for a while he tried to start it, wouldn't start, left it for a short while and it started. Then we were parked on a steep drive and there was no starting at all, we were pointing upwards. Called out the RAC & everything. It turned out to be air in the fuel pump, apparently hard to diagnose, got our mechanic to sort it and no problem since.
What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare

    Hi honey. How are you?

Work is still a bi£ch but life is too short. I'm not happy how I was dealt with but I have tried to follow it up but to no avail. So I have decided to keep my pecker up, try and do the best I can whilst I apply for jobs left, right and centre and hopefully I will be out of there in no time.

Most of the cows who were being awkward with me at work have tried to be nice but they just get my "gemini" treatment. I totally ignore them unless it's work related.

Thanks for asking though. I don't think I would have managed without you guys and especially Miss IZZEYB (total and utter lovely lady). :D

I hate working for a living and with DH saying he is cancelling the lottery due to the price increase I'll never get out.

I am particularly cheesed off as I seem to be stepped over again for a leadership post, I will be expected to do all the donkey work again this year whilst 'a friend of a friend' is employed in the leadership post and gets the credit and extra money. Feel like just stepping back and letting the newbie struggle, am feeling a bit mutinous lol, why should I help them to be in charge of me.:mad::mad:
