I remember the first trigger being the tube of porridge if memory serves. :)

One thing I do remember is my rare use of the word "crikey" when locarr twigged to the porridge oats being the trigger

It's so rare that I use it that I found the post in question in seconds

Click my quote above and read on for a few pages. It will bring it all back

It took hours for us both to convince people of the trigger :rotfl:

My first post. QoC was the first to welcome me

HI everyone. Can I come and play? I've been lurking for a little while but think its time that I came out of the closet!
I love a bargain and particularly enjoy asdas whoopsies but decided yesterday to give tesco a bashing.
I failed on my first attempt trying to buy galaxy bars and mini rolls at the S/S tills. The BOGOF discount came off before the £1 voucher kicked in. I got all flustered when the SA came over and had To go off with my tail between my legs. I did my main shopping there last night and all my vouchers went through. I took lots of advice from you and hope I'll be able togivesomething back in due course. My local store is D**h*m. Anyone else local? x
Ha ha, galaxy bars have come full circle again!!:rotfl:

Here was my first post. I never did get any Baxter's soup and it seems like I've missed out on loads of good glitches prior to me joining and this week.

    Good Evening,

Been lurking for a while and trying to get my head around how this all works. I think I've got the gist now.

I want to get some Baxters soup from Asda but I've been unable to find the 50p off vouchers. Could anyone possibly send me a link to the voucher?

    Thanks.
Ooh, I forgot about Baxters soup!! He he, isn't it funny remembering

Lets try and get them to the winner tonight or at least inform the winner of expected delivery date of codes

The winner would be best to input them in increments (10 a day perhaps as opposed to 333 at once) :(

Not practical for sending in receipts (i wrote mine down and gave them all away to work colleagues) so heres hoping they dont ask.

Sorry if it all goes tatas up. We can but try
you can only do 10 every 24hrs. this also brings up that you may have to send the wrappers in

Went to OH's to scan pics to send son for wedding. On the way back dropped into Waitrose and paid £6.18 for £55.06 worth of shopping. Includes 6 packs of Free Range Ham, 3 packs salmon mousse, flowers, raspberries, 2 elderflower jellies, 4 madiera cakes, and some lunch tongue. Love it.

But was there one poster to thank? Or a team effort:)
it was not don simon, as that was just a pricing error the same as the jc's.
but the big apg glitch was a team effort as we slowly pieced the puzzle together. locarr played a big role in it.

Yep, the blue Scottish oats became the trigger for cereal, until it was fond OT that the ambrosia rice pudding worked out even cheaper.

Fairly happy with today's shop, £48.16 down to £27.36 after vouchers, less £8.86 PP less £6.80 money back on Persil, less £2.73 msl = £8.97.

Could have done better though if I'd finished my list properly rather than just winging the last tenner :D
