I've always thought of it more in a French accent myself, along the lines of Le Fab?

No? Just me then? Ok :p

    Off to bed I go

Not sure if anyone else has a bt email account on here but they are closing email accounts if you don't have their broadband unless you pay £1.60 a month. I have just signed up to pay the fee for now as I can't bear the thought of having to change all my email addys over.
  • Can anyone offer advice on how to train a 3 yr old to be dry in the night pls? Just been up to wet again with a dry like me in to!!

Ds1 was dry in the day at 26 mths and then at night 2 weeks later so ive never had to do anything!!

I'm going through this with my DD at the moment who is 3 and a half.

I've started getting her up and taking her to the toilet before I go to bed, usually round about this time. She still wears pull ups at the moment, but we aim to have them still dry in the morning and give lots of praise, a small treat etc when they are dry. Shes getting there now though as she got out of bed herself this morning and went to the toilet :T So I'm hoping there's been a breakthrough.

Maybe your little one just isn't ready? We tried before with DD and never got anywhere, she just wasn't aware that she needed to go during the night, so we left it a bit and it seems to be working now.

I know some people don't agree but we always used to lift all our DDs onto the toilet before we went to bed depending on what time they went to bed about 3 hours after. Did it probably up to about age of 3. Then found gradually if they had a full bladder they would wander to the toilet themselves.
