no you are not. This has happened to me last week. Send receipt to customer help at mysupermarket. Had to explain to them but happily received money today.

i have the exact same problem with my phone with the msl app, i have deleted it and reinstalled it numerous times but it still happens , either that or it just stops working full stop:mad:
I have now got my daughter to scan receipts etc for me from her iphone but still waiting to be paid out.
really wanting to go do another shop but holding back until i get paid out first.

I get the same problem with the send button, I just keep attacking the screen until it eventually goes
