"Dear xxxxx
Thanks for your email.
I was sorry to learn that your points balance was lower than expected when you recently checked this online. I can appreciate how concerning this must be.
Having looked in to the matter it appears your vouchers have been redeemed by someone else. We are aware of the situation and are investigating the matter to prevent this from happening again. In the meantime please check your online account to ensure all the details are as they should be and I advise that you change your password containing a mixture of letters and numbers.
I have arranged for the points from the vouchers to be credited to your account and these will be included in your November statement.
Thank you for taking the time to contact us and I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards"
:T:T:T that's great0 -

Tiger, did you shop in Ts? Just wanting to clarify which diced chicken it is.
On msl it has standard diced chicken breast at £4 or 2 for £7 but this is only 400g. The shopitize chicken says 500g.... The only 500g chicken at Ts I can see is the 'Healthy Living' one at £5 or 2 for £8.
My head is hurting trying to combine all these different offers into a couple of shops. Feel like I'm going to
Forgot to say... Popped into Ts metro when I went to the dentist and loads of their dishwasher section was RTC. Got a few packs of 34 Fairy All in One tabs for £3.00. Also a lady in Wilko's was reducing lots of camping equipment but didn't have time to hang about♥ Worrying does not empty tomorrow of it's troubles.... it empties today of it's strength ♥0 -

Hope all is well, now planning an A's shop to get bits for my DS's birthday tomorrow. I know he'll expect me to get an APG for what I buy. Perhaps I should put it in his B'day card, that would give a good :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: all round when he opens it.0 -
