Estate agent wanted intially to negotiate on it more but we felt the offer was strong enough.

I had literally just told the shop I was done and the estate agent called.

13 days since it went up and five viewers. not bad going.

Although one of the viewers from last night said it needed too much done !!! Oh dear goodness what a lie. Seriously even the home report and survey guy said it was spotless. Some folk eh ?

But its done , short of missives being concluded etc.

    Phew ! x

Tuesday for me :( cleaning day :( . Kids are not back in til Wednesday.

I am back in Monday (well I'm going in tomorrow but that's just for my benefit), Monday = training day - some carp about meditation, full day at another school, really not up for it would rather be in my school sorting out and preparing than wasting time. We have 2 new teachers in the juniors who need to be shown the ropes yet we are wasting precious time on this. Tuesday another training day but in own school, with whole school meeting in morning and hopefully time for meeting with new teachers in afternoon to help them plan first term. Kids in Wednesday - which I am looking forward to as I taught this class for a half term a few years ago but got moved out to take over a trouble year 6 class, I am looking forward to this class as they aren't a bad bunch and nowhere near as needy as the last class which gives me more time to stretch them and work on the subjects I co-ordinate.

See what you've started when you get me onto the subject of school.;)

Ooooh looks like i'm not alone then :D
We're due to get laminate in the lounge and tiled flooring in the kitchen at some point but I figured 'at some point' will mean I'll be waiting yet another 10 years :D
A steam mop would be wasted on the minimal tile flooring and exposed concrete I currently have in my kitchen :rotfl:

:) Yes but it does wood & tiles

Am I the only person who didn't get a steam mop?
I don't think it'd work on carpets :rotfl:

I have reserved one but says it not available until saturday for collection, what are the chances of it being picked up by then and what do i say if they send the cheaper one down?
It`s nice to be important, but its more important to be nice.

Yes but it probably wouldn't fair too well on the exposed concrete that takes up 80% of my kitchen floor :rotfl:
And my new flooring is probably a good 5-10 years away yet :o
