Just popped into Morries. Their 12 pouches of cat food are still £1. No sign of end date but if still £1 today they should continue comparing with Tiger on APG for a while ;)

Aww hugs cookie raider. Teenage girls are sometimes  mine got into a bit of trouble recently, caused all sorts of grief :( and her attitude is awful sometimes. She's a bit younger than yours.

Maybe a bit of cooling off will help all round? It's good that you have somewhere that she can go so you can all have a bit of space. Don't feel bad, lovey. It's hard when you've got other kids that are being affected as well. With any luck she will realise what she has at home and how disrespectful she's been. Keep the lines of communication open though :A

My eldest was also nothing but trouble, from about the age of 2. In her teens we were at our wits end and it was taking so much of our time and effort we were very worried about the effect it was having on her two younger brothers.
Just after she was 18 my M-I-L was diagnoised with what turned out to be terminal cancer. She lived next to daughters college so daughter went to live with her so that we would always have someone on hand to keep an eye on M-I-L. We were hoping that giving daughter some adult responsibility would steady her up, it didnt, she went worse, never going to college, out all night etc.
In the September of the same year she went off to uni up North and she was still trouble, we dreaded the phone ringing, never went more than 6 weeks without a major crisis, nearly turned out of uni one year and it was 4 years of hell.
She finished uni, got a steady BF, moved into a house share with a nice couple who were the steading influence and got a temp job. The job turned permenant and she got numerous promotions and pay rises, the BF and her have been steady now for 3 years and now she is an absolute delight, its taken 23 years but now we finally have the daughter we always wanted :rotfl:
The boys, well they have turned out fine despite it all, strong independant- neither have girlfriends at the moment though :D
