Emerald you have to make a list - just of the ones you want to claim. THEN after your shop you have to tick the little boxes and then click on redeem. When you do that a camera icon comes up - bit fiddly on the android but did get it to work - twice!

I've just had emails that they will pay both sets of cashback within 30 days to my paypal account - well chuffed!

Make a list from the shop your buying from. I only put the items I claimed cb for on the list. Then make sure you tick the little box next to each item and then you will get the camera come up.

I hope I've explained it right as only ever done it once myself.
