But Im going to get me a smart phone just as soon as this house sells. Estate agent says last weeks viewer wants to proceed(I swear I nearly cried ) and we have another viewer coming this week. Its only ben up for sale over a week. But its so stressful !

They got the address wrong on website, the sign went up at said wrong address and then they lost the details. So first week was bit of a bust !

Im shattered not had a day off for 15 days and it looks like Im going to have to cover again tomo night.
