Midwinter Im just catching up and saw your post about your Sons accommodation. My son is off to uni too. His uni doesn't have halls so he will be going into self catering accommodation. I was dismayed to find that the cheapest was £93 per week :eek::eek:
He has since sorted out out his own accommodation, after joining the student room forum and finding out a bit more. The accommodation he is going to is £107 a week :eek::( That seems about the going rate in the area.....and with food on top of that, it's eye watering!!
So whilst I can't offer much in the way of advice. I can give you all my sympathy. It's a stressful and expensive business!0 -

the thing in the north with the s&g deo for me is my 3 teenage dd all use deo like its goin out of fashion, and for this reason I stock pile it, saves me a fortune in a month.
Plus I get to recycle my apg so I always have a couple of them renewing.
I'm also a northern lass, and buy loads of the deo as we are all smelly, very smelly in our house!

All caught up n logging out as have an early mornig as off to flamingoland for day out, may be a no shop day as its bank holiday Monday, so will save some there. Tho it may not be a nsd, even tho I have season passes.0
