Usertesting.com technical issues?

Hey everyone,
I've been a regular user of Usertesting.com for a while now but as of about a month ago I've been having technical issues with the site. Basically, I complete the user tests but then the software is unable to upload the videos to the website. I've emailed them about it a few times now and tried some of their suggestions but nothing has worked so far. This has included checking how much available RAM I have (needs to be 500mb and I have generally have around 3000), clearing cache and cookies in the browser, trying a different browser (i usually use chrome but have tried internet explorer), reinstalling their uploaded plugin. It's becoming quite frustrating now and I don't really want to give up trying to fix it as it's become quite a good lil earner for me.
So I was wondering if anyone else is a frequent user of Usertesting.com and whether you've come across the same issues as me and fixed them? Thanks!
