Hi
Looking at the Yorkshire 2.44 5yr fix.
Please can someone help me what type of costs can I expect. Do I need the services of a solicitor per chance or is it all fairly painless?

You can just use the one the bank recommends usually included in the fee. It's straightforward. The costs may be nothing or they may be £999 or more it depends on the deal.Hi

Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.
