Your solicitor can call them.
Try 0845 070 1567 which is the intermediary line.
What is the loan to value of the new purchase?
Have Woolwich been provided with a copy of the BTL offer?I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. I assumed your broker had made them aware of the scenario.
Hopefully you can still complete asapI am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Probably explains Barclays concern. As normally the solicitor would handle the entire transaction. With 2 solicitors involved makes matters slightly more complex.
Is the release of the additional funds related to the property transactions?0 -
