hey mortgage advisers :cool:

im in the interview stages for a mortgage advisers role (trainee) and have a few questions for you professional and novice advisers to give me a few pointers if you dnt mind

right here goes

1. why did you want to get into sales?
2. how do you build a good customer relationship
3. how do you generate good leads
4. how do you deal with a difficult customer
5. how do you get a customer to recommend you to a friend
6. Describe a challenging work issue you had to face, and how you dealt with it?

if you can think of any other good questions that make come up in an interview that would be fantastic.
