Hi. We are buying the rest of our home as we live in a Shared Ownership property and have organized for a valuer who has told us that with Staircasing they just value your home from the 'outside' depending on other local properties and the price they are valued at. Is this usually the case?
We have paid £175 for this so don't want it going wrong and holding us back! Thanks
