How much to offer a F&F to Lowell??

Hi everyone I have a defaulted BOS overdraft that is now with Lowell. Interest is frozen and they have been accepting £10 a month payment from me for almost 2 years now, current balance is £570.

I am thinking of offering a F&F to them, I have £100 sitting in a savings account at the moment, and within the next month could probably raise another £200 to put towards it.

What I want to know is how much should I start off with offering them?

Has anyone had any dealings with Lowell and F&F's before?

Given the amount of time it will take to clear at £10 a week then I'd probably start by writing to offer maybe £150 towards the debt in full & final settlement (once you have the money saved).

If they decline that then you could always consider increasing your offer.
