    Sorry to be blunt but are you ready for the 'buy to let market', I am not saying that you are not but if you want to enter this market you need to do plenty of research then tackle specific problems.

    UK buy to let and good deal aren't two things that go well together at the moment ;)

    In reality, there was no way to answer the original question and therefore yours. No information means there is no way to tell which is best.
