How to Multy Quote
I've tried several times but I just can't get it. When I have been on different sections of MSE it's always brought up that I can't multy quote & to be honest it's embarrassing

I actually only wanted to quote two posts, I've no idea where the third one come from :rotfl:
But it did work taking some of your text out
because you didn't UNTick the other quote you didn't want to quote
if you're on a thread & have ticked on 3 quotes but then want to just quote another one or someone else's you have to UNtick the quotes you've ticked or they'll all show please be a responsible pet owner & spay/neuter your pets, too many strays & not enough homes for them sadly.0 -
just do as you've done then in the reply box on the others quote,
you can delete what they've written by placing your mouse on their quote & take out what you want to..
try it on mine

You were right Fire**fly, I had three ticked so three quoted. Also the reason why the last one failed was because I deleted the end quote mark, so if you keep the first & end quote mark you can fiddle with the post & only quote what you want to quote!

yes, it's easy sometimes to catch/erase the [/QUOTE] at the end & then the quote doesn't show properly,
some peeps reply in the quote box as well, not done it meself for a long time but sometimes it makes it easier to follow a convo :jplease be a responsible pet owner & spay/neuter your pets, too many strays & not enough homes for them sadly.0 -
