Other reports say it was an old green Range Rover.....
Pulled out from a side road, most of the side roads are residential, so possibly visiting friends/family, it really can't be hard to track this guy down, but as usual the Police probably won't bother, as really they need to go door to door asking people in that street who it was.

    Not really, this is no different to putting out a request on Crimewatch.

    My reading of the original post was for people to help find the perp and report them to Sgt Knacker, not to find the perp and dispense 'justice' themselves.
