Had E-surv valuation done on property we buying 13/08/13
Had text that valuation available to download 14/08/13
Read through and all ok, valuation matches agreed price.
Advised my broker, and he said that should get confirmation of mortgage offer by Friday 16/08 or Monday 19/08
Havn't heard anything, I texted broker yesterday afternoon to see if he had heard, but no reply from him yet....
I am getting a bit nervous now, don't know whether the timescales suggested by broker were a bit optimistic, or maybe there is a problem.. Oh well, tomorrow is another day !

In the same boat. my valuation was completed on the 8th. they requested further documentation (latest payslip etc) on Wednesday because the application went into August. they confirmed this had all be received Friday and hoping to hear something today....
It is a long wait currently..... just waiting for the underwriter to hopefully sign it all off!?0 -

Turns out that Woolwich lost some documentation that my broker sent, so has had to re-send it....
Looking at start of next week now, although Monday is a Bank Hol..0 -

Just had a call from my broker..... Sounds like everything is good but all the documentation is just waiting to be signed off and offer sent. still looks like it will be tmrw before any conformation!?
