  • Hello all - waves! Thanks for this gorgeous thread today - sorry been awol no internet for most of the weekend............

So I need a bit of focus and some small things magic to get me through today.

I've checked the banks they're OK but not brilliant
I've checked the cc and paid £50 to one - can't do more until I hear about WTFC
One washing on - another washing hung up inside
    Kitchen to clean
    Bathroom to clean x 2
Bit of fridge inventory to do
    Put away washing
Hoover some rooms - whilst I detest hoovers as much as lawn mowers, its needing done.
Do some welliefest wedding planning stuff its only 2 months now (!)
    Update budget for it
    Walk mutts locally
Hmm not sure what else - maybe try a meal plan!

Well that's a bit of focus and best get on with it eh??
Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
Total debt as of 28/4/19 £7867.38:eek:
    minus 112.06 = £7755.32:money:
    :money:Sleeves up folks.:money:
  • Hope everyone's had a good day so far, just in from work. NSD for me so far, wasn't really planning on one either, but looks like it's happened!!
Have added the smilie on the thread, sorry I've never noticed that before!
Going to sit and chill for half an hour with a coffee, and catch up with emails before having a wee tidy up and getting on with other bits that need done :)

:starmod: Posted £20 Leisure Vouchers to Theatre Tokens in Covent Garden (Link) to get them exchanged free of charge for Theatre Tokens. Use wombled envelope. Can't wait to book a night out.

:starmod: Got a blanket out for the sofa. It's really turning chilly.

:starmod: Watch GBBO tonight. Love Sue Perkins.

:starmod: LiveChatted free to company who've not delivered on their promises. If they don't deliver by Friday I'll take action

:starmod: Dried some mint for the kitchen as the plant was going beserk.

  • Hi Gang!!

Sorry I've been MIA for a couple of days - been back in sunny Wales with the family having a fantastic time!!
Nothing major to update as all spends were on the bank of Mum and Dad - plus they sent us home with goodies from Dad's allotment and a full tank of diesel which should see me on my way to a NSW!! That's the plan anyway!!

    Today's list goes something like:

:) Work 7-4, take lunch & lift share as usual.

:) NSD today - have skimmed all bar an emergency £5 into savings!! This has to last me until payday next week!!

:) Courgette, tinned tomato & grated cheese bake for dinner - all bar 11p tin of tomatoes from Dad - enough left over for both our lunches tomorrow

:) Cleaned car inside and out at work (not using my water, electric and products!) early this morning before we got busy!!

:) Free workout tonight at rugby training and a catch up with the girls as I was working lates last week so couldn't train!!

Think that's about it really - waiting to hear from Mum and Dad where they're taking us for Christmas from mine & my brother's shortlist... How exciting!!!!! :D

Hope everyone is well and I'll try and catch up on the threads later this evening if I get chance!!!! Xxx

Evening, just got back home after a loooooong day. Kids napped in the car so are very much awake :( They are all under 5 so a late night for all.

Enjoyed our lovely day out and picnic though we managed to spend £12 on Mcds on the way home at 6pm as our picnic clearly wasnt filling enough for all day, we ate it at 1pm.

Checked post code lottery and my Ebay, no bids on the 12 relists i have.

Hopefully getting paid the husbands overtime tomorrow which will enable us to wipe our overdraft completely and close it down :T First time since 2007 :T Very excited!
