Can i empty my bank account in the days before bankruptcy?

    Open a new bank account. Find one that you don't have a debt with and a BR happy one.

    I transferred my money before BR , told the or at the first quick interview and he was happy with that

    I use secure trust bank and they were fine with my BR - no other bank would touch me :-(

    paying bills before bankruptcy. would these bills not fall into the bankruptcy. unless they are to dealers. your wages are 3k a month wow you really must have a bad addiction. will going bust be any benefit to you. until you sort your addiction properly its not going to sort out anything.

    Secure Trust bank only do savings accounts or fixed accounts.
    You must also have a UK nominated bank account to open one of their accounts??
