Round 2 ticket competition Terms & Conditions:
1. Open to UK residents aged 18 or over except employees of the Football League, Capital One (Europe) plc (the “Promoter”),and Jam* (the “Agent”) and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate families (defined for the purpose of these Terms and Conditions as husband, wife, mother, father, sister, brother, son, daughter, or persons residing in the household of such employees), and anyone else professionally connected with this Competition. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and check their identity. No purchase is necessary. Entries are limited to one per person.
2. Closing date: 5pm on Tuesday 20th August 2013.
3. The winner(s) will be drawn at random from the correct entries and notified by email by Thursday 22nd August 2013. By entering this Competition you agree to your name being disclosed in the event you are a winner.
4. The prize will consist of two tickets (any person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult) for a Round 2 match chosen by selecting a supported team in the entry form and at the home ground of the corresponding fixture.
The voucher to redeem the prize will be emailed to the winner(s) which they will need to print out and take to the ticket office at the home ground of the selected match in order to obtain their tickets and enter the ground. The winner (s) will also need to bring a form of photo identification showing their name, address and photo.
The entrant to the competition needs to be in attendance at the fixture in order to claim their tickets and unfortunately we cannot change the name on the ticket.
5. In entering this competition you are representing that you are compliant with being seated alongside home fans of the Round 2 match and that you are not subject to a banning order or other restriction which would prevent you from attending the match in question
6. There is no cash or other alternatives to the prize stated and the prize is not transferable.
7. The promoter is unable to specify the exact time and date of delivery, but all endeavors will be made to deliver the ticket voucher by email to the winner (s) by 7pm on Thursday 22nd August 2013.
8. Transport to and from the venue and all other incidentals associated with the event (e.g. accommodation, food and beverages, match day programmes and merchandise etc.) will be the responsibility of the winner and guest to arrange and not the responsibility of the Promoter to provide.
9. No other correspondence will be entered into concerning the result and the Promoter’s decision is final.
10. The winner(s) may be required to participate in publicity.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, alter, amend or terminate the promotion without prior notice, provided that the Promoter shall not exercise this right unreasonably. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for something of equal or greater value.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries which they believe to be fraudulent or based on misconduct.
13. The Promoter cannot guarantee the performance of any third party and shall not be liable for any act or default by a third party. Entrants agree that the Promoter will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, costs, damage or disappointment of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, misuse or use of the Prize. Nothing in this paragraph shall limit the Promoter’s liability in respect of death or personal injury arising out of its own negligence or arising out of fraud
14. Entries that are incomplete will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be accepted for Entries lost, delayed or damaged in transmission.
15. By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to the personal data they supply being used by the promoter or its agents or contractors to administer the promotion. If the entrant has opted in to receive marketing communications from the Promoter (by checking the box on the entry form) they allow the Promoter to send them marketing materials either via email or through the post.
