How much to charge - xmas gifts to sell

I sell various gifts at xmas fayres etc and have started getting stock ready. I am going to make some sweet/chocolate sleighs this year - but not sure what to charge.
Anyone made these to sell before? xx

how much do they cost you to make,including your time factored in?
and I guess how many do you want to sell?
It is a bit of a minefield setting the price but if something that is unusual then people will pay for having something slightly different from the normal....
if you were to say your costs plus 10-20% how would that pitch what you are selling price wise?frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!
