PRIZES
4.1 One (1) winner will receive the prize. The prize comprises:
• 1 stay x3 nights for up to 4 people on a self-catering basis at the 5-star Mains of Taymouth, Kenmore staying in a Gallops or Maxwell property. Free golf for duration of stay at Mains of Taymouth Golf Course for up to 4 people. 1x Forest Safari with Highland Safaris for up to 4 people. 1x Macsweens Haggis hamper.
• The Travel allowance will only be reimbursed upon the presentation of invoices/receipts in support of allowable expenditure. The maximum amount of Travel Allowance payable will be at the Promoter’s discretion, and in any event will not exceed £100.
4.2 The prize is subject to availability, and must be used in full by 1.6.14 excluding blackout dates.
4.3 The prize is as stated and is non-transferable, and non refundable. No cash or other alternative is available (in whole or in part), except that in the event of circumstances outside its control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value.
4.4 The prize does not include any travel insurance, or any other meals or related living expenses. All travel, activities, and accommodation are at the winner’s and travel companion’s risk. Transportation to and from the departure point, taxes, fuel surcharge, meals, gratuities, travel upgrades or any other expenses not specifically listed in these Terms and Conditions are the responsibility of the winner.
