Ok, this could be lame but I was thinking of a brand of toiletries (i thought it was L'Occitane) that have ornate looking packaging with birds and such on; as I was googling "turtle dove packaging" there were lots of pictures of ornamental type bird decorations. Can't find the brand of toiletries though.
A drumming lesson- I bet they'd love it!
I've got no other ideas, it's a tough theme but a good one!I have the simplest tastes. I am always satisfied with the best.

8 - Milks a Milking
You could buy them a chocolate making class? Groupon etc. do cheap deals on this. Or if you wanted it extra cheap, buy them a cake mix.
9 - Ladies Dancing
You could organise them to go to a jazz dance class?
3 - French Hens
This stands for faith, hope and love. You could write them a heartfelt letter?
2 - Turtle Doves
This stands for the old and new testaments. You could make them a photo book with old and new photos.
Hope that gives you some ideas!?0 -
10 Lords-a-leaping could be a box set of downton abbey : )0

Could you do two turtle doves Christmas tree decorations like on home alone 2? (sorry, but that's what it makes me think of!)0

5 - gold(en) napkin rings.
7 - voucher for leisure centre to go swimming? Or a home-made voucher organising trip to nearby park that has a lake with swans on. If cash is tight- depends on your budget.0
