Hi, glad i found this site!
One question: will my future wife be at all liable for debts, ccj's etc i have incurred in the past?
I dont want to move in with her, and then find her assets (house(which she owns) etc) by the fact that we have got married become threatened.
all debts are in my sole name.
hope this makes sense.
thankyou
chris

as blackcat says above, to be liable for a debt it needs to be your name though it could affect her in the future if i.e you tried for a joint morgage or loan0

No, but should you have any joint finance then she will find it more difficult to obtain credit in the future as you will have a financial association with her and vice versa.
