Precise Mortgages - avg time for offer

We are just going to apply to precise thru a broker. My partners credit file is great, mine not so much :-( I was in a debt management plan up until february this year I started it in jan 2006. Everything is now paid and settled and I have a default due to come off in nov 2013. Just a little nervous as our broker applied to ge money who declined our application due to my debt management plan only ending in febraury 2013 :-( so hopefully we will have a better chance with precise as we have a 31% deposit.0

Hi, Precise have told us the offer is now being passed for consideration. Can anyone tell me what this means. Is there still a chance they could decline the application? Many Thanks0

Hi, I have been advised from a mortgage adviser precise Mortgages may look at my situation. I have looked at their web site for their criteria and it says they do not accept debt management plans. I have had a plan in the past which I came out of 2 years ago.
Has anybody had a mortgage through Precise who have been on a plan?
Also does anybody know if they will not accept you if you have finished the plan or are just currently on one.
Thank you
