I have a fairly large amount of Habanero chillis grown from seed. According to the net they are very hot.
Any ideas what I can do with them? can you dry them or decorations or to keep.

Yes they are really hot. We eat a lot of spicy food and I'd still say they're pretty fiery. I'd make hm hotsauceOctober Grocery Challenge: £20.65/£150

If you don't want to use them all and keep them for later use, you could pickle them in a brine or vinegar solution. You could dry them. Easiest is to wash, dry, then pop into a bag and freeze them and use them as need be. They are easily chopped straight from the freezer.0
