how to use/convert rpoints

im really not sure exactly what you can do with these, i checked the "redeem points" part and it says that 100 points = £1 so if i accumulate a 500 points can this be say converted to a fiver? therefore if i wanted i could say put 5 squid into my paypal a/c?

also, would this apply to CDWOW? if i get say 1000 points does this equate to a tenner off at CDWOW?

Yes you can redeem as little as 100 points. You can have 100 points (£1)
transferred to your Paypal account or your Bank account.
You need only 495 points to get a £5 CDWOW voucher as they are given with a 5% discount.

I usually reddem mine for paypal money. Once you have earned 2500 they will give a 500 point bonus at least they did with mine and you dont have to leave it to get to 2500 before redemption,it is based on your overall points earnings.
There is a recurring page witrh about 6 different search engines that you can get daily points with too.
