"Chillow" pillow

They do describe how to flatten them out again, although I can't say I remember what it said ...I purchased a couple of chillows online and had to return them. You insert them with your usual pillow inside your pillowcase. Trouble is they ended up very crumpled and in a lump, making it very uncomfortable ans sleep pracitically impossible.
Apparently the maunfacturers know this is a problem, when we contacted them about it.
Yes, but does it keep you cool? That's our big problem, he's like a furnace some nights! And yet he doesn't like it when I'm cold and try to leach heat from him! So unreasonable ...I am now trying an Organic Millet Husk Pillow which I purchased from http://www.naturalcollection.com/natural-products/Organic-Millet-Pillow.aspx
I'm finidng it quite comfortable and it doesn't make a noise like some. Early days though!Signature removed for peace of mind0 -
Sammy Sue and "devil"
I am also a Migraine sufferer, more so when I was young, now in the menopause, not too bad.
I spent a long time in bed too. One thing I learnt in the latter years, do not lie flat, raise up your pillows so that head is higher than body, almost sitting up, but comforably so, that way, not so much pressure with blood pumping through blood vessels.
I have sympathy with you. So much life wasted with these damn migraines!0 -
Thank you for the messages of support! I've been told the menopause will cure me too Maypole but apparently I'm 5 years away from it beginning, according to my blood test results. Counting the days...
Just to update on the pillow situation. My organic Husk pillow has split and their are husks everywhere! Still searching for the most comfiest pillow ever.0
