Same ting in 2012 - had to ring their international help-line but tings got lost in translation!
Lucky received recompense (in the end) from them & prize provider!

walwin - snap re cards ........... I am sure I have got some tucked away upstairs but still have to locate them Was planning on settling down and finding/writing them this weekend gone but didn't quite happen

Rather lovely morn/day here so couldn't resist - found another shrub or two to prune in the garden then brushed/wiped down all me lower windows/doors etc - sent spiders scuttling but no doubt they will reappear tomorrow

Well that's me back. All the cards are written, loads delivered or posted and the last packet posted too. Feeling quite pleased with ourselves. Just a few hand deliveries left. it was a lovely day to walk round and deliver them.

Well done on the tea and mug ILC.

I have had a WEM from the Mag Dailies - a Dehumidifier (worth £200). Not the most exciting win but really pleased as they are useful and we do tend to get quite a lot of condensation. We had one years ago but I expect they are more economical to run nowadays. Someone has been in touch to get my phone number already to give to Dimpex so that they can organise delivery.
