Hi everyone, feel a bit more alive today, I expect it will take a day or so to get back to full strength. Just left with aches and pains now. Have lost 4.5lb so thats a + if I can keep t off. Thanks for all the well wishes.

I tried that one on iPad but it won't work for me so might try later on kids lappy.

Glad you got your tesco order in fire**fly for Xmas. I wish I had signed up to get the delivery as I know how stressful it is!

I think we are off bowling later when kids come in and probably KFC!
Could really do with a day comping but got so much to do!
