Just watched The Bling Ring - not my ideal movie but won a film rental credit so took a chance.
True story of cheeky girls (and one boy) who sneaked (nicked) in and out with bling from posh houses.

not me wingo :eek: don't mind planes, trains coach etc but can't be doing with boats & water tried & failed :eek:
been on mini cruises/hovercraft/ferry crossings but they don't suit me :eek:
sent the comp to SIL as she likes that sort of thing & have thanked sheils/Cornish for it

I went on a dreadful ferry from N.Shields to Denmark once (Winson Churchill) and it was taken off a few months later as it was unsafe.

Just been a big panic here. DD's TV wasn't working on ITV and "I'm a Celebrity" was coming on. For some reason it needed re-tuned, she had taken DS3's old one to try and it wasn't working either but our one in the livingroom was. Really strange but all fine now.

Just had to re-tune upstairs TV too. Funny how it was just ITV. Wonder if DS's TV will be the same as the livingrooms and be OK, hope so as his is different to the other ones and I seem to be the only person who can re-tune TVs in this house. We only have Freeview.

We had a nasty experience. We went to the Gambia for the 2000 New Year. We went on a ferry and was told once we were on that only one engine was working and they had a real struggle to dock it at the other side. It was very frightening at the time I can tell you.
