The letter I received says the liability for child maintenance is no longer in force as the PWC has told us they no longer want to application or case to continue
Now is this the same as a closed case?
I think PWC is going to use the 13 week loophole and reopen under csa2 after 13 weeks but they don't use the word closed on the letter?

As per other thread, simply phone and write to ensure that you want the case to remain OPEN...
The wording is irrelevant if the case is open, then they can't change the system you are on...0 -

Telephone the 0845 6090042 CSA telephone number, when requested enter your National Insurance number then your d.o.b, when the automated system keeps prompting you that your details are incorrect and to hold for an Operator.....that's when you know your case is closed ~ as is mine.0 -
