OH purchased a promotional bottle of Jim Beam at the weekend to win a trip to kentucky, you just need to scratch off the panel and there is a code underneath and you enter that online. The thing is there is no code under mine, it's just an empty box :mad:
I sent them an email on sunday to ask about it and i sent one yesterday but i've still had no reply, it feels like they are just ignoring me. How long would you expect for a reply? and is there anything i can do if they don't reply to me?
I feel abit ripped off to be honest...

Have they got a fb page that you could post on maybe? I'm sure they would reply more quicker on there!
I hate it when that happens though, you buy something for a specific comp only to find the code won't work etc!

I assume you are using the email address they give for help:

If you don't get a reply you could always send a SAE to the address given in the T&Cs to get a free code but I would feel a bit miffed at having to pay the price of two stamps for a code that should have been on the bottle.

Yep that's the email i sent it to.

I've tried facebook but i've got a feeling i'm not going to get a reply. I've just tried tweeting them, ugh!
