Registering as self employed

I'm sure this is a silly question but do you register just once as a self employed person (in terms of tax etc) and then put all of your different income streams or do you register for each different job. So if you sold crafts but then also taught piano would you have two registrations?

Just once.:footie:
Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.

You register once.
When you do your return you have the option of entering the details separately for each of your activities or lumping them together. It technically makes no difference and so splitting them is only for your own benefit.0 -
I also just register once.0

Just once and keep a weekly record of your expenditure and income.0
