Annoying thing is my immediate manager and the finance manager are happy to pay its hr getting funny about it.
To clarify the bonus is calculated on jan to jun sales figures and specific quantifiable targets and paid in August 30th as not an employer as at the 30th of August I'm not due to receive., including the bank holiday I'm 4 days short... Had I known about the guidelines at the time of handing in my notice I would have arranged with my new employer to start on the 1st of August.
Buy only a week and a bit before I start my new role to change my start date they might be a little bit !!!!ed with me...0
