Not getting paid

Can anyone help or know what the law on this is.
My daughter worked for Currys for 3 years over this time she has sometimes had reduced income in her pay packet eventually some times some months later is has been rectified. She moved stores last month her first pay packet at the new store she didnt recieve anything as the boss put through her bank details wrong. HQ said she would get paid this month. She was due to be paid today and no money in the bank. She contacted HQ who said she would be paid next week as she has now left the company her wages had been recalled. When she asked about last months the girl didnt know. She then asked to check her bank details and they were still wrong.
Does anyone know how she stand on this. We helped her with her rent and bills last mnth but done have money to help her again this month. She is already overdrawn due to this as bills come out today.
Any help is greatly appreciated. X

If her contract states a date to be paid on and she hasn't been paid on that date and she supplied the correct details then the company have made a mistake and she should claim for all the charges on her bank account and demand payment in 48 hours as they can pay her in 1 hour if they wanted to
