I've created a youtube channel about various exercises. Those exercises are easy to do and many have health benefits. For example 7 back exercises handed down to me by my physiotherapists, shaolin back kicks and tai chi.

I have set up donations button.

Anyone can join me at their own discretion and any injuries they sustain whilst doing those exercises is their responsibility. I have included this note on my site.

Is this OK business model? ta

To be honest I would think it is unlikely to make much (if any) money.

You are relying on the good will of others to make a donation and the vast majority won't bother.

Also, how are you promoting your videos? Do you know how many views you are currently getting?

Why dont you set up a website with a squeeze page, (aweber is your best bet) on the end of all your videos state that you can get a free ebook with exclusive new exercises, by going to your site and filling in your name and email,

with this email list you can then sell them yoga and exercise stuff, you know the market better than I, but this will get you more than a donate button!

If all the videos are on Youtube are you using Adsense? That way you're not relying on most people clicking the donate button, you'll get money from having adverts on your videos.

Create a squiddo lens where you share these videos along with the tips helps you a lot for getting real visitors as so many of us search specifically with the keywords or phrase try to embed them also to get better results
