pre-ordering call of duty ghosts in tesco -xbox- help please

Hi i'm new to this i'm trying to pre order with tesco the xbox 360 call of duty ghosts with the £5 code but i can't see where to put the code at the check out i;ve spoken to tesco customer services who were must unhelpful, please can anyone help.

I just ordered it myself. It is on the page where you have to input your card details. The card info should be on the left and then on its right is a box that you need to click on, which then gives you the box to put the code in.

The code box isn't initially visible on the page, you need to click to unhide it.
