Hi anyone else had problems with this offer ?. I received my wowcher code on Sunday 2nd March and it said to redeem now. So I went to build a bear site and ordered what I wanted , filled in everything including the wowcher code number, but when I checked out they had not taken the £20 discount voucher off, and had charged my account with the full amount. I can not get hold of them by telephone and i can not access my account with them.I have alson contacted wowcher but had no reply.
